Our adult group workouts are programmed to offer a well-rounded training regime covering the 6 basic elements: balance training, flexibility, core exercises, aerobic fitness, high-intensity interval training and strength training.


The adult sessions are for beginners through to advanced and include:


Combat Sports (for beginners through to advanced) - Boxing, Muay Thai & Hapkido (Korean Martial Art)

FHIIT (Functional High Intensity Interval Training) - beginners, strength & metabolic conditioning (metcon)

Strength, Conditioning & Metcon (for beginners through to advanced) - Zumba, Kettlebell Flow, Warrior Bootcamp, TRX & Bodyweight Circuit
